For more than 90 years, the ACLU has defended the right to freedom of religion and conscience. Religious freedom is a fundamental right, guaranteed by the Constitution and is essential to ensuring that all students, regardless of faith or belief system, feel safe and welcome in our public schools. Join ACLU of Michigan Legislative Director Shelli Weisberg as she discusses recent threats to our student’s religious liberty both in Michigan and nationwide.
